The app
The ROAM app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. ROAM is made by BigR Ventures, LLC.
ROAM Pass
ROAM Pass is an auto-renewing monthly subscription sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your iPhone's Settings. A free trial, where offered, turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel first. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Drive responsibly
ROAM is for finding great roads. Drive within the law and your limits. "Sporty" describes a road's curves, climbs and rhythm, never a speed. Roads change: they close for the season or for events, some are gravel, steep or narrow, and some cross private land. Road information in ROAM is gathered carefully but may be out of date or wrong. Check conditions and local rules before you go, and use your own judgment on the road.
Community listings
Clubs and events in ROAM are run by others. Their schedules change; check their own pages before you go. A listing isn't an endorsement, and those groups' events are their responsibility.
